recip of calm
I'm Bloomila. And like many, I've often learned to to hold back. To say no to my cravings, to my body, to my shortcomings. But there are days when resisting is not courageous., just exhausting. Here I, I share recipes that do good. Not for "crack". But for comfort without guilt, for slow down without giving up, to eatdifferently.
-A sugar craving that hides fatigue or stress ?
-A sweetness that acts as a hug when everything is going too fast?
-A break to soothe the interior without falling into extremes ?
Each recipe is a gentle response to an invisible tension. A small gesture that says, “I’m listening. You have the right to take care of yourself.” It’s simple, but true. And sometimes, that’s all you need. And if you break down one day, that’s okay.
A bowl of depression can happen.
As long as it doesn't become your daily routine, as long as you stay tuned in... you haven't lost anything. You're learning. You're breathing. You're starting over.
