No pressure here. No "You must."
Just a checklist to help you get back on track, slowly but surely.
1. I look at myself (without judging myself)
☐ Do I allow myself to say: “I’m tired now.”?
☐ Do I feel a real need for change, or an obligation?
☐ Do I allow myself to start without being ready, just to try?
2. I give meaning to what I do
☐ Do I still do things just because it is expected of me?
☐ Have I clarified what I want to feel in my life?
☐ Can I write just 1 thing I want to experience this week?
3. I simplify. Radically.
☐ Do I keep things that drain me instead of nourishing me?
☐ Do I still believe that “doing more” will save me?
☐ Can I choose 1 tool, 1 task, 1 priority to move forward?
4. I reconnect with myself (in real life)
☐ Did I take 3 minutes without a screen, without a goal, just to be?
☐ Did I feel anything today that I didn't run away from ?
☐ Did I speak to someone (or myself) with sincerity ?
5. I choose my sequence (not that of others)
☐ Do I feel I can ask for help, or at least be accompanied ?
☐ Do I feel I can ask for help, or at least be accompanied ?
☐ Do I want to take a small step now, even if it’s not the right time ?
You can check everything. Or nothing.
You can start now. Or later.
But if you recognized yourself in a line.
So you've already taken a step. And that's how success begins.
